I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but only having 4,500 fans in attendance at the first game of the new season in what promises to be a new, exciting era in SJU basketball seems pretty pathetic to me.  Back in the day, the attendance was always 6,008, the old seating capacity of Alumni Hall.  Who's in charge of selling tickets and promoting SJU basketball?  I wonder what it feels like for the new guys to come out to see a court that's only 2/3 full?  Although they probably wouldn't admit it, they must have been disappointed in the fans for the lack of support.  C'mon, SJU fans! Let's support our team!
