In case you missed it, Steve Lavin and St. John's hosted "An Evening with St. John's Basketball" last week in Manhattan. The event, emceed by Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton, raised $200,000 for the program. For a program to be successful, it relationship with donors and other benefactors is key.
