A comprehensive look at how "testing the waters" - the process where an underclass NCAA men's basketball player could gauge his position with respect to the NCAA draft - has changed. There is an NBA Undergraduate Advisory Committee that will provide written feedback to players by April 6th of this year. A nice move by the NBA, but players will still be checking on their draft status through back channels... can can still decide to go pro AFTER the NCAA's draft deadline date of April 10th.
