Game discussion for the 2K Sports Classic at Madison Square Garden - Mississippi State vs. Texas A&M early, and St. John's vs. Arizona late. In case anyone wants to get talking about the first game of the 2K Sports Classic/ Coaches vs Cancer doubleheader early, I'm opening this game thread for comments. I'll be watching Mississippi State/ Texas A&M, and the St. John's/ Arizona game, obviously.
Tonight's game should be revealing for both teams. Arizona fans think St. John's is going to win; St. John's fans think Arizona's going to win. Arizona has a big front line, but some turnover problems; St. John's causes turnover problems but has a weak front line. Two sides of a coin.
Will St. John's recapture last season's Garden magic?

For Lavin and St. John's, 2K Sports Classic has special meaning - Cancer and Steve Lavin have a long history - even longer than his recent prostate cancer scare.

Speaking of Parrom, enjoy this separated at birth, below:
That's the Wire's Tristan Wilds (he played Michael, one of the tweens introduced in Season 4; he's also Dixon on 90210) on the left. And that's Arizona's Kevin Parrom on the right.
