Philadelphia guard Rysheed Jordan, who visited the Queens campus last weekend at Dribble for the Cure for one of his five official visits, appears to be seriously considering St. John's.
Rysheed Jordan advisor Rodney Vinny tells me St. John's has "emerged" in Philly PG's eyes after visit. #stjbb

Jordan camps expects him to commit sometime before new year and St. John's is one of schools he's considering. #stjbb

Earlier, we heard that he "liked" his visit and was going to travel to UCLA. Jordan will be considering hometown schools Villanova and Temple, and Xavier in Cincinnati.
An important note, of course, is that Rysheed Jordan's intentions have been discussed by more than one advisor and a high school coach. So any news about his recruitment has to come with a grain of salt.
Jordan, a 6'3" lead guard with athleticism who compares himself to Dwyane Wade, could be an interchangeably dynamic guard on the St. John's roster with D`Angelo Harrison and second-year guards Phil Greene and Jamal Branch.
We'll keep updating his recruitment here on the Rumble.
