St. John's vs Villanova - game thread

It'll be an early lunch (or brunch) start for St. John's hosting Villanova at the Garden - a noon tip, on FS1, and also on 570 AM.

Yes, the Wildcats are ranked #3 in the country and yes they're very good. St. John's coming off of three straight losses, have fallen to 8-10 on the season and 2-3 in Big East play, while the defending national champion Villanova is 16-1, 4-1 in the league. The sole loss came in a tight battle at Butler where forward Kris Jenkins and the team couldn't consistently find the shooting stroke.

Maybe the 'Cats will overlook St. John's! It could happen, right?

Expect a better performance than the one on the road against Georgetown in front of the home fans. Do you think St. John's can win? What needs to happen?
