New in recruiting: it seems like Greg St. Jean, the St. John’s assistant, is the one leading the charge for 2018 forward Jordan Brown, a high-four star or five-star recruit from the west coast.

will see 2018 F Jordan Brown today at @ProlificPrep
Brown is a 6’10” athlete with some accolades but an interesting final 7 of teams, including St. John’s, Oregon, Gonzaga, Louisiana-Lafayette (the coaches from that school visit tomorrow), Nevada, California and UCLA. He will likely wait until the late signing period.
Even with newcomer Josh Roberts in the fold and South Carolina transfer Sedee Keita eligible next season, St. John’s could make a big splash in the post with Brown.
Top 2018 target Luther Muhammad visited Xavier this weekend; no reports yet on how it went.
Zach Smart reports that St. John’s has interest in a 6’7” slim scoring wing from Kansas named Jack Schoemann. Schoemann played for one of the MoKan squads in AAU, but it seems not for the top team. The 2018 wing has active offers from Colorado State and Texas-El Paso.
And Courtside Films has a new video of Precious Achiuwa highlights that we can’t directly post here. I’d say because they’re too filthy but really because we can’t embed them. But that sounds much less titillating...
