It’s gonna be rowdy as the Johnnies head into Cameron Indoor Arena for a mid-season non-conference matchup with the Duke Blue Devils.
We’re not gonna stress much about this game, though a win might honestly give the Johnnies a little cover to back in to the NCAA Tournament with something like a 10-8 record. Winning at Duke is the most memorable of Quad 1 wins, would boost the team’s NET rating, and would be remembered for all time*.
*At least 10 years
How will the Johnnies respond to the big stage — and the biggest team they have played? Will we get to see the deep bench play a few minutes at Duke?
Let’s have fun with this game thread, and hope for good health coming out of the contest — because St. John’s faces Marquette next.
