St. John’s at Georgetown: the game thread

DID YOU KNOW?

Because of the schedule change, St. John’s will have both of their contests against Georgetown in the calendar year 2020; the Red Storm welcome the Hoyas to Queens next week.

It’s a weird time not to see St. John’s and Georgetown face each other in Madison Square Garden or the Verizon Center, but here we are. The Johnnies have struggled to shoot, the Hoyas have struggled to finish, and both teams want a win to stay out of the bottom of the league.

This is a game where Arnoldo Toro could have a solid presence; and we will get to know how well the newcomers bounce back from a lost where the team just couldn’t get over the hump.

Also, Happy Hannukkah for those who celebrate! Let’s kick back and watch this game. I’m drinking a Manhattan while I watch, how about you?
