St. John’s vs BYU live game thread

Another day, another bubbleville game. St. John’s faces the extremely tall BYU Cougars in an early evening game (do seniors eat half price, if they could attend?).

The Red Storm face a team that played yesterday afternoon, so the short rest for the Johnnies is nothing compared to playing on back-to-back nights. This is how teams learn to adjust work with fatigue, and internalize smart play, though, so it’s a good look to have a pair of fairly high-level games this week.

Speaking of this week, St. John’s takes on Stony Brook on Sunday and now will also play the Rider Broncs next week before starting Big East play with the Connecticut Huskies.

Apparently, this game is part of the Legends Classic... and the previous game was part of the Hall of Fame Classic. Now you know.
